Chief Executive officer

I am David Munoz; CEO of Catalyst Marketing & Management. I first began my journey as an entrepreneur selling my mothers brownies in primary school, as the years grew I found a passion in visual arts and business. The journey began as a freelancer in the media arts, the more I delved into Sales & Marketing the more I realized that these are the two tools that create the foundation of any successful business. Other than being a complete work-aholic, I love to enjoy my free time playing soccer, practicing photography, painting and/or reading about business ventures.

Theresa

I am Theresa, a results-driven sales and marketing executive with nearly a decade of experience as a customer success advocate, including a couple of years specializing in B2B sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and satisfaction. I am passionate about fostering growth for clients and teams alike through strategic relationship management and innovative sales approaches. Known for consistently achieving sales targets and building lasting connections, I bring a deep understanding of client needs and a strong commitment to delivering measurable results. At Catalyst Solutions, I focus on personal and team growth, mentoring others, and creating opportunities for mutual success. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my little girl, exploring nature and new places, and attending live theater performances.

I’m Jonah, a dedicated sales consultant in the B2B sector. I have my Bachelor’s in Communication and Business from Texas State University (Go Bobcats!) Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in consumer engagement and retention, achieving notable success in increased sales volume and overall customer satisfaction. Recognized for my positive attitude, communication prowess, and team building skills, I have created a relational approach to sales and a professional approach to training others. When I'm not engaging with clients, you can find me fishing on the river, spending time with my team, or listening to my favorite podcast.

Throughout my career, I have successfully Experienced customer-oriented management and sales with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding profit margins. Known for adaptability and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, consistently delivering on multiple projects within tight deadlines. Meticulous leader and strategic planner with comprehensive managerial skills and a keen vision for success. Strong motivational acumen inspires teams to achieve exceptional results.When I'm not busy closing deals, you can find me vacationing, trying new foods, and Music Festivals enjoying some R&R.
